While on my way home from work the other night I remembered that there was a Subway store on the opposite side of the street where I usually get on and off the train. It had been a while since I’d had Subway so I figured I’d stop in and try one of there veggie sandwiches for dinner. I decided on Flatbread with lettuce, spinach, red onions, cheddar cheese, salt, pepper and ranch. It was delish!!! Every since then I’ve been craving another one and I’ve had a mean craving for Spinach and Red Onions. (Weird) After leaving the gym this morning I decided I could make the same thing myself, so I did! Not only was it very easy to make, it’s pretty healthy and extremely tasty.
Flat bread or I used Mediterranean Pita Bread
Salt and Pepper
Shredded Cheese of your choice
1. Lightly toast bread in toaster oven.
2. Sprinkle on a layer of spinach and onions on the bread.
3. Sprinkle on a layer of shredded cheese.
4. Add salt and pepper
5. Add dressing and enjoy!
